Due to lack of staff, there are a lot of general maintenance projects that have accumulated over the year
Pond Retaining Wall
The west wall has been deteriorating and falling in on itself. It needs completely removed and replaced.
- Pond needs drained and trees, sidewalk and existing wall needs to be removed.
- New foundations established, and a new wall built.
- New sidewalk and new landscaping (including irrigation).
- Pressure wash the east wall (rebuilt in 2015) before refilling the pond with water.
Construct New Duplex – 301-303 Nations Road
Cement Projects
- New Duplex base
- Bench pads
- New benches
- RV pads
Refurbish 6 Duplex apartments
Flooring – install in 8 Apartments
Roof Vents – install in the Latham Center
Skylights – install in 6 apartments
Insulation blown in attics – 6 apartments
